Community Bible Study (CBS) is a non-denominational Bible study, open to all.
We meet at The Church of the Holy Spirit,
400 East Westminster Road in Lake Forest on Tuesday mornings, 9:15-1:15 a.m.
Please join us for our visitor’s day on Tuesday, May 11th.
Come and see what CBS is all about and learn about our Children’s Program.
We will be studying “The Divided Kingdom,” beginning September 7th.

New Fitness Schedule
Pilates Mat Class is held Mondays, 7:30-8:30 p.m. in C202.
In this class, study the authentic and original Pilates method in order to increase flexibility,
coordination, balance and core strength.
Zumba Toning is held Thursdays, 7:30-8:30 p.m. in C202.
This is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks.
We provide the 2 1/2 lb., sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas
(light weight hand weights are also provided).
Classes are $3 each or 20 classes for $35. |
