Wild Kingdom is a place for 7th & 8th graders to have fun while getting to know God, themselves, and others in a deeper way!
Please visit the Wild Kingdom website to get the latest updates on Sunday morning curriculum, fun events schedule, parenting tools, & more!
- We meet on Sunday mornings in B201 at 9am and 11am for interesting and relevant teaching from the Bible.
- We also have monthly service projects called “Creeds N Deeds” where students can put their faith in Jesus into action by serving others in the surrounding communities, at Christ Church, and at home! This includes our annual week-long Summer Mission Trip to Chicago!
- We also have fun events like paintballing, snow tubing, and a fantastic Winter Retreat to have fun with old friends and make new ones too!
- Finally, we cap off Wild Kingdom with Compass, a special program just for 8th graders that helps to prepare them spiritually for high school by taking their faith in Jesus to a whole new level!
Family Road Map
Christ Church Lake Forest has developed a practical but God-centered road map for families to travel from infants through senior high. Parents typically have a budget plan a retirement plan but not many have a map for their child's spiritual growth and development. We have created 12 key mile-markers that the Children and Youth Ministries of Christ Church are committed to teaching and equipping parents to practice at home. View the expanded Family Road Map.
